My objective is to obtain the knowledge needed to pursue a career in Interactive Design and Development. Gaming has always been one of the hobbies I've looked forward to partaking, so to be able to work in the field and create an experience for others to enjoy would be an amazing accomplishment.

I have worked in two departments at EHP. As a lineman, I was responsible for general maintenance of the public areas, John boat set up and gassing, and restocking. I am currently in the photo department. I am responsible for photographing customers before their airboat tour, printing photos, organizing by tour group, and disseminating photos to the customers.
I received most of my volunteer hours from the Mobile School Pantry. I chose this organization because of their unique mission. The mobile pantry established rotating, pop-up client choice pantries at Title 1 schools—directly to children and families—offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables (up to 30 different options in a given pantry), bread and non-perishable food items in a farmer’s market-style atmosphere prioritizing choice, culturally appropriate food and decreasing food waste.
For two consecutive years, I helped construct, manage, and run a Halloween Haunted House fundraiser. This organization focused on political awareness and youth advocacy.
When I was six years old, I saw a commercial for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. I asked my mom why the kids had no hair. She explained cancer and the side effects of the treatments. This led to follow up questions and a lengthy discussion about wigs and the difference in texture of adult hair vs adolescent hair. With my parents support, I began growing out my hair for donation so that a few children would have natural, age appropriate hair for their wigs while they recover. I am preparing for my fourth and final donation this December. Then, I will donate to an organization for adult cancer patients.

GAMING
This is the hobby I spend most of my time doing and thinking about. The stories I've experienced from playing games, the people I've met, jokes I've shared, and cool moments/tricks I've pulled off are some of my fondest memories.
DUNGEONS & DRAGONS
Playing D&D is up there in my top things to do. I play both roles, player and Dungeon Master. Being able to weave my own interactive experiences and stories for the players and then see it pay off later is such an exhilarating experience. Same as playing my own characters in other's stories and wondering as to what the next twist or adventure might be.
MUSIC
Music is a big deal in my family. My dad is a drummer and played in college bands that opened for some pretty big acts. My mom plays piano. And, my sister is a percussionist. We were in marching band together in high school. I enjoy listening to music and creating theme music for my D&D characters.
Musical Instruments Played:
Piano, Guitar, Cornet, Trombone, Baritone, Harmonica.
TRAVEL
I've been fortunate to have travelled extensively with my family. I have visited 22 states and 6 countries. I've seen some amazing things and experienced different cultures.
Anthony Bourdain said, "Travel changes you. As you move through this life and this world you change things slightly, you leave marks behind, however small. And in return, life — and travel — leaves marks on you."
